TA Capital finds residential property in the North East of England. Once you have bought, it manages the refurbishment and the project to your instructions. You buy and own every property in your own name.
Thomas Atkinson
Thomas Atkinson founded TA Capital and is its sole director. He has bought, refurbished and invested in property since 2019, starting by sourcing deals for friends and family. In 2026 he set up TA Capital Investments Ltd to run that as a fully managed service. He invests in the same kind of property he sources for clients, and speaks to every client personally by phone before they reserve a property.
How You Own the Property
Bought in Your Name
You buy the property in your name or your company’s name. You are the legal owner, whether you buy with cash or with finance.
Your Own Solicitor
Your own solicitor acts for you throughout the purchase.
No Pooling, No Fund
There is no pooling of money, no fund, and no shared ownership. Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise.
A Fee for the Service
TA Capital charges a fee for its sourcing and project management service. TA Capital does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Take independent advice before you buy.
